忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。
雷朴实指出，卡特一生都在倡导和平，始终坚信应该做正确的事，他的勇气有助于推动中美两国建交。卡特坚信，这些举措是正义之举。(薛凌桥)
Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 吴江浩：中日邦交正常化半个世纪以来，两国经贸合作从量到质都有了飞跃发展，双边贸易额连续多年超过3000亿美元，日企累计对华投资超过1300亿美元，展现出强劲韧性和巨大潜力。同时也要看到，中日经贸额和投资增速去年双双下滑，需要高度重视，及早加以扭转。对于今后中日经济领域对话合作，我想提三点建议：
2024年，载人航天工程规划了2次载人飞行任务和2次货运飞船补给任务，天舟七号货运飞船补给任务已于1月圆满完成，后续还将陆续实施神舟十八号和神舟十九号2次载人飞行任务及天舟八号货运飞船补给任务。执行2次载人飞行任务的航天员乘组已经选定，正在开展任务训练。目前，驻守空间站的神舟十七号航天员乘组身心状态良好，预计于4月底返回地面。
2月27日，兰州城关区一幼儿园多名儿童肠胃不适送医，有家长称疑似感染诺如病毒。目前，当地教体局、市场监管局等多部门已介入调查。
