中新经纬10月31日电 （王永乐）日前，国家统计局公布了31省份2023年9月居民消费价格指数（CPI）。中新经纬梳理发现，9月，17省份CPI同比下降。其中，贵州、河南、山西等3省份物价连续六个月回落。
日前，国家金融监督管理总局修订发布《非银行金融机构行政许可事项实施办法》，自2023年11月10日起施行。《办法》明确，持续扩大对外开放。进一步放宽境外机构入股金融资产管理公司的准入条件，允许境外非金融机构作为金融资产管理公司出资人，取消境外金融机构作为金融资产管理公司出资人的总资产要求。
